Our pricing structure for event and high-volume headshots is based on half-day and full-day rates. A half-day session encompasses up to four consecutive hours, while a full-day session spans up to eight consecutive hours, with a designated 45-minute break for a meal. Each headshot station has the capacity to photograph as many as twenty people per hour.

Additionally, all our headshot packages come inclusive of basic lead collection capabilities and white-label services that can feature sponsors. We are committed to providing comprehensive solutions to meet your event photography needs.

Our event photography pricing is determined by the consecutive hours of photographic coverage required. We have the capability to accommodate events of varying sizes; simply inform us of your specific needs. In addition to photography, we provide enticing upgrades that simplify event promotion on social media. Headshot Station - $1250 (Half Day) / $2400 (Full Day)
  • Coverage for up to 4 hours (Half Day) or 4-8 hours (Full Day) of headshot station services
  • Includes all images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files), standard commercial usage license
  • Provides a lead list of all people photographed with their contact info in Excel or CSV format
  • Includes individual model releases for all photographed individuals

On-Site Image Selection - $500 (Half Day) / $900 (Full Day)
  • Ideal for large groups
  • Our staff assists individuals in selecting their favorite headshot immediately after they are photographed
  • Selected images provided in high resolution via digital download to the client after the event (retouching is optional)

Hair and Makeup - $500 (Half Day) / $900 (Full Day)
  • On-site hair and makeup station available for quick touch-ups before the headshot session

Instant Individual Delivery - $500 (Half Day) / $900 (Full Day)
  • Enhance the experience by providing instant image delivery to attendees
  • Attendees can select and email or text their favorite images to themselves from an on-site iPad station
  • Ideal for conferences and events where headshots are offered as an added-value experience

Retouching - $18 per image
  • Available for individual images, includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes
  • Not available with instant individual delivery

Headshot Essentials Package - $3,300 per day
  • Full-day coverage with a single headshot station
  • Includes file organization and renaming, on-site selection and instant delivery, high-resolution images, and a commercial usage license
  • Typically serves 150-300 attendees

Premium Headshot Experience Package - $7,100 per day
  • Full-day coverage with a single headshot station
  • Includes file organization and renaming, on-site selection or instant delivery, all high-resolution images, a commercial usage license, on-site hair and makeup touch-ups, and up to 250 retouched images
  • Please note that pricing may vary depending on specific event requirements and customization.


Event Photography Coverage $140 per hour
  • Includes one professional event photographer with a minimum requirement of four hours.
  • Receive the full gallery of your un-retouched images, cropped and color-corrected, in high resolution. Average 60-75 images per hour. 

Additional Photographer - $100 per hour
  • Available for events requiring multiple photographers to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Daily Image Highlights - $250 per day
  • Our team curates and delivers the "best of the best" images up to three times a day during the event, facilitating timely social media updates.

Gallery Hosting - $250 for three months
  • Offers attendees access to view and download event images post-event, with the option to brand the gallery with your or a sponsor's logo.

Rush Image Delivery - $250 per day
  • Rapid sorting and delivery of all event images at the end of each day for quick access.

Our headshot stations are designed to efficiently accommodate an average of approximately 20 people per hour, although the pace may vary depending on several factors. Stations placed in prominent, high-traffic areas tend to attract more visitors, and it's common for the headshot station to become a focal point at conferences. Offering complimentary headshots at an event can have a similar allure as distributing candy bars at a kindergarten; it's bound to be a popular attraction. Under ideal conditions during a full day, a single station can cater to the needs of anywhere from 200 to 300 people, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for attendees.

The optimal use of headshot images largely depends on their intended purpose. For a headshot station designed to enhance the value of an event, we typically don't recommend retouching. We employ effective lighting and posing techniques, along with optional professional hair and makeup touch-ups, to ensure that the images appear excellent right out of the camera. However, if the images are intended for broader applications beyond platforms like LinkedIn or e-mail signatures, we do recommend adding retouching services. This ensures that everyone in the images looks their absolute best and maintains a polished appearance for various uses.

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your preferences for receiving the organized headshot images. To facilitate easy identification and distribution, we rename each image file with the name of the person in the headshot, such as transforming "1234.jpg" into "Smith_Jane.jpg." This streamlined approach simplifies the process of matching images to individuals. After organizing the files, you can choose from the following delivery methods: an online gallery, secure file transfer, or individual delivery via email or text. We strive to provide you with convenient and tailored options for accessing your headshot images.

We often recommend a balanced combination of both options to provide the most convenient and efficient experience.
